REAL ESTATE Our diversified real estate practice includes complex negotiations on behalf of commercial and residential owners and buyers, banking institutions and investors, commercial lessees, as well as individuals buying and selling their homes. The firm assists corporations in their relocation needs and commercial landlords as well as tenants in shopping center and other lease negotiations and drafting. The firm is active in negotiations and closings and acquisition, purchase money, refinancing, construction and end-loan financing, and is also active in cooperative and condominium practice solely representing boards of directors as well as tenant and ownership groups. T LITIGATION Our litigation practice is notably diversified, including matters relating to corporate, shareholder and partnership, commercial, real estate, foreclosures, construction, banking, libel, entertainment, employment, insurance, creditors' rights, and accounting matters. We handle selective and varied matrimonial and family law cases. Clients increasingly consult us in anticipation of potential disputes, and the firm is routinely involved in fast-paced cases where we are required to obtain injunctive relief on less than a day or two's notice. The firm litigates in the federal and state courts throughout New Jersey and New York, both at the trial and the appellate levels, and appears before arbitration panels, including the AAA, JAMS and private industry tribunals. |
