Mr. David, since graduating from George Washington University Law School, has represented clients in all facets of banking, corporate, real estate, lending and litigation. As an associate in banking litigation at a major New Jersey law firm, Assistant General Counsel at Bank Hapoalim, and the resident managing New Jersey partner of the New Jersey office of a fifty-attorney law firm, Mr. David's experience is extraordinarily broad based. He has represented the largest reseller of cellular service in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area in all facts of its day-to-day business, and has represented banks and financial institutions in areas such as secured and asset-based lending, leasing, regulatory work, real-estate anc check related fraud litigation, bankruptcy work-outs and proceedings (on the creditor as well as the debtor side). Mr. David currently represents several public and many privately held companies involved in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, recycling and electronics industries, and in connection with projects of a more specialized nature.
